Roof substrate material. 【Features】 ○ Instead of rust-resistant painted C-shaped steel, square steel 100×45 (thickness 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.2mm) is used, which is crimped at the corners. ○ There is a special fitting called Douko (dōen fixing hardware) that can be set onto H steel with a one-touch, no-welding method, significantly shortening the construction period. ○ Our square steel (100×45×0.8, 100×45×1.0, 100×45×1.2) is lighter compared to C-shaped steel (100×50×20×2.3), allowing for an overall reduction in roof weight. Additionally, the straightener method achieves a very flat slope. ○ Since it uses hot-dip galvanized steel sheets, there is no need for painting and no concern about rust. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.
